Hawle considers motivated, committed employees to be the most important requirement for the success of the company, with its corporate culture placing strong emphasis on education and training. The most convincing proof of this is the positive approach to taking on fresh new talent: around 10% of Hawle employees are trainees.

The workforce in Freilassing has undergone continuous expansion and now numbers approximately 230 employees. Not only are they given performance objectives to aim for, but they are also afforded a highly attractive working environment.
