Extension ring for Hawle surface box for gate valves model no. 200 and/or height increase of conversion ring model no. 202

The extension ring serves on the one hand to raise the conversion ring (order no. 202-00), on the other hand to adjust the Hawle surface box for gate valves (order no. 200-00) to road level. Dismantling of the surface box is not required.
