Wastewater - Expertise from Hawle in action - New pumping station in Pfaffenhofen/Ilm successfully equipped

Another infrastructure project in Bavaria relies on the proven quality of Hawle:
Numerous wastewater valves from our wastewater range were installed in the new construction of a pumping station in Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm - for reliable and long-lasting operation.

The following components were used in detail:
- 6 HaPUR® knife gate valves DN 80
- 2 knife gate valves DN 200 - installed in a pig sluice
- 2 ball check valves
- 2 wastewater gate valves DN 50

Why the HaPUR® knife gate valve is convincing:
The special feature is the shut-off disc, which is coated with polyurethane and seals directly on the body - a real plus in terms of durability and operational reliability. The coating offers:

- Excellent corrosion protection
- Cut, wear and break-resistant properties
- High tightness even under difficult conditions

With this equipment, the pumping station is ideally equipped for the requirements of the municipal wastewater sector.
