Double chamber flange for steel pipes - restraint

Double chamber flange with integral flat gasket and grip ring for the tight and restraint connection with steel pipes (Please note: cannot be used for pipes of stainless steel).

The flange combines two functions in one operation: sealing and establishing a restraint connection! When used in pairs, double chamber flanges can also be used as coupling.

Installation:
Clean the pipe surface and push the double chamber flange onto the pipe. Push the entire flange towards the counter flange. The thrust collar with the gasket should project over the pipe end approx. 10 mm. Establish a restraint connection by tightening the bolts crosswise several times.

For required bolt lengths see "Technical description".

The double chamber flange can also be used in case of diagonally cut pipe ends, or in case of a distance between two pipes of up to 15 mm.

Material: Flange: GJS-400
Thrust collar: GJL-250
Corrosion protection: Hawle epoxy powder coating
Grip ring: steel, hardened
