The drive set consists of a waterproof PE shaft, a rotary drive and the corresponding control unit. The shaft is designed for underground installation and is firmly connected to the desired fitting. The corresponding control unit is accommodated externally, preferably in a meter connection pillar or in a nearby building.
The fitting replaces elaborate shaft structures and prevents high running cots and the risks arising during inspection. The drive set can be installed on every Hawle gate valve and each Halwe PRO® butterfly valve. For repair and maintenance work, the drive can be removed from the PE shaft by unlocking in a few simple steps.
