Resilient-seated gate valve with flanges acc. to EN 1092-2 at both ends.
Wedge and wedge nut fully coated with vulcanized elastomer. The wedge is connected to the wedge nut with a flexible link and embedded in elastomer. This snug fit dampens vibration during opening and closing of the wedge. Wedge nut thread length ≥ 1,2 x spindle diameter. Wedge guide of wear-free plastic with good sliding properties ensures low wear and minimum closing torques. Spindle with rolled thread and polished in the area of the O-ring sealing. Maintenance-free spindle sealing by 5-fold O-ring sealing. O-ring carrier connected corrosion-resistant to the fully coated bonnet by a double bayonet connection.
