Pipe repair clamp for PE and PVC pipes

Pipe repair clamp, consisting of two half shells for closing of boreholes or for sealing minor damaged spots at PE pipes or PVC pipes. Reliable sealing via 3 o-rings (profile gasket). Standard version for water.

Prior to installing the pipe repair clamp make sure to clean the pipe surface. Subsequently put the two half shells around the pipe and connect them with the supplied hexagon head screws.

The hexagon head screws shall be tightened evenly and crosswise to metal stop at the subsequent torque

Screw tightening torques:
d 75 - d 140 = max. 32 Nm
d 160 – d 225 = max. 56 Nm
d 250 - d 280 = max. 130 Nm

NOTE: pipe repair clamps cannot be used to establish restraint connections!

Gas use: only for existing PVC lines up to a maximum operating pressure of 5 bar
