Connector Synoflex/System 2000

The connector Synoflex/System 2000 serves as a transition from plastic pipes (PE/PVC) to pipelines of DCI, steel, PE, PVC and AC by means of the patented Hawle Synoflex ring.

One end push-fit socket for the longitudinally force-locked connection of PE pipes acc. to DIN 8074 and PVC pipes acc. to DIN 8062, other end with Synoflex multirange socket for the connection of DCI, steel, PE, PVC and AC pipes.

Synoflex socket: restraint connection of pipes of DCI, PE, PVC and steel. When connecting AC pipes, a restraint connection is not ensured (concrete abutment). Bolt head antiturn locking device, angle compensation +/- 4°, bolts reversibe 180°.

System 2000 socket: pipe sealing is effected via lip seal. Due to the contour of the lip seal the pipe end can be pushed into the sealing chamber without great effort. The effect of the restraint joint is independent of the pipe seal and is achieved by tightening the lock ring.

Material: Body: GJS-400, Hawle epoxy powder coated
Sealings: EPDM acc. to DVGW W 270 for water
Bolts/nuts: stainless steel
Support element ring Synoflex: POM
Grip ring System 2000: DN 50 - DN 250 brass, for DN 300 and higher red brass
Max. operating Pressure: See table
Medium Water / Sewage
