HAKU pipe drilling saddles with ZAK® outlet and auxiliary shut-off device are to be used for installation on PE pipes and PVC pipes.
The two saddle halves are exactly calibrated to the respective outside diameter. When connecting the saddle halves an inadmissible deformation of the pipe is prevented by metal stops.
In combination with a drilling device (e.g. Hawle drilling device HAWLOMAT, model no. 830-00) the shut-off system with integrated auxiliary shut-off device permits the easy under pressure drilling of the main line.
On drilling, the outlet area is temporarily shut off via a shut-off blade (model no. 840-00) after pulling out the drilling spindle. The shut-off blade is available as accessory. After drilling a restraint integration of valves and fittings with ZAK® spigot end is possible.
