Double tee cross with vertical outlet - BAIO® system

In combination with spigot socket valves, the double tee cross with BAIO® double function sockets at all ends for connecting BAIO® spigot ends, DCI, steel, PE and PVC pipes permits to establish valve junctions of up to 4 valves.

The vertical outlet serves the purpose of integrating hydrants or air valve sets in connection with a flanged socket (see figure/table). Alternatively, the double flanged taper (see figure/table) with female thread outlets at the vertical outlets can be used to connect service valves.

Gaskets:
DCI pipes: BLD® gasket (standard)
PE/PVC pipes: GKS gasket Ord.-No. 529-01 (please specify clock position for the factory installation of the GKS gasket)

Factory preinstalled BAIO® lip gasket (BLD®) for DCI pipes

When PE or PVC pipes are connected, a surcharge for GKS gaskets must be considered.

When connecting PE pipes a support liner must be used.
