Surface box for rolling in, with locking bolt

The Hawle hydrant surface box for rolling in is to be used for installation in bituminous traffic areas. The drawing ring permits a large adjusting range.

During rolling in a bond is created between the drawing ring and the asphalt. Thus the traffic load is discharged into the base course. This bond ensures that the surface box remains on the same level as the road surface.

The absorber ring between the cover and the box prevents contact corrosion between the cover and the box, on the one hand, and ensures easy loosening as well as reduced rattling tendency of the cover, on the other hand.
