EU-fitting (flanged socket) - BAIO® system

The flanged socket serves as transition fitting from flange systems to the BAIO® system.

With one flange, and with one BAIO® double function socket for the restraint connection with BAIO® spigot ends and for connecting DCI, steel, PE and PVC pipes.

Flange dimensions: acc. to EN 1092-2

Gaskets for the medium water:
DCI pipes: BLD® gasket (standard)
PE/PVC pipes: GKS gasket Ord.-No. 529-01

Gaskets for the medium gas:
DCI pipe gasket gas 529-03G or GKS gasket gas 529-01G (PVC pipe, 1 bar)

When PE or PVC pipes are connected, a surcharge for GKS gaskets must be considered.

When used in the gas sector, be aware of the additional price for gas sealing.

When connecting PE pipes a support liner must be used.
