Sewage water knife gate valve with loose flanges, long

The Hawle exchange gate valve for sewage water with restraint loose flange system is suitable for buried installation and plant installation mainly for the exchange of existing valves. The reliable and tight shut-off function is ensured via a shut-off blade of hard-rolled stainless steel and an O-ring gasket package. The gasket package prevents solids from sticking to the spindle and, in case of repair, permits the exchange of the valve bonnet without taking the pressure line out of service.

The flange gaskets are already included in the barrel gaskets. Therefore, no keying is required between the flanges.

Apart from its real function as shut-off valve, the exchange gate valve can also be used as dismantling piece because of the integral loose flange system (no additional dismantling piece required).

The valve can be operated via handwheel, extension spindle, or electric actuators (for DN 80 and higher, on request).
