Double strap pipe drilling saddles with BAIO® double function socket are to be used for installation on DCI, steel, and AC pipes DN 150 - DN 500.
Adaptation to the main pipe is effected via two holding straps (model no. 310-00, 310-00G or model no. 311-00, 311-01, 311-02, 311-03) and a saddle gasket (model no. 317-00, 317-00G) of the appropriate nominal width of the main pipe.
The BAIO® socket outlet (DN 80) serves the purpose restraint integration of valves and fittings with BAIO® spigot end (DN 80).
Gaskets for water applications:
Cast iron pipes: BLD® gasket (standard)
PE/PVC pipes: GKS gasket (Order No. 529-01)
Gaskets for gas applications:
Cast iron pipe gasket for gas (Order No. 529-03G)
GKS gas gasket (Order no. 529-01G) (PVC pipe 1 bar)
